Abstract

This article aims to conduct a detailed analysis of the different phases of curriculum development in mozambique, examining the innovations present in each phase and their impacts on the effectiveness and relevance of educational curricula. Through a comprehensive review of the literature on the implementation of academic policies, the article offers valuable insights into the evolution of the mozambican educational system over time. The research concludes that important challenges persist in curriculum development, such as inadequate financial resources and infrastructure. To ensure the continued effectiveness and relevance of educational curricula, the country must continue to invest in educational policies and practices that are evidence-based and adapted to the emerging needs of society, such as ensuring a greater budget for education.
