The scars resulting from acne lesions can lead to psychological and social problems. The aim of this study was to report a case of acne scar treatment associating diluted calcium hydroxyapatite and subcision with percutaneous collagen induction technique with active botulinum toxin perfusion and peelings - PROTOCOLL®, finished with hyaluronic acid filling. This report is of a healthy patient with permanent acne scars. Calcium hydroxyapatite at 30% was diluted 1:1 with anesthetic and distributed in subdermal layer with the aid of a cannula immediately after subcision. Subsequently, PROTOCOLL® was performed using an administration device composed of isolated microneedles to provide penetration of chosen actives at various depths in the epidermis and dermis. Acne scars improved with the proposed protocol, promoting minimal downtime and patient satisfaction. The association of techniques in reducing acne scars showed promise outcomes in relation to usual techniques.
